The Kilvert Bar is a particular highlight, with its striking mirrored bar and beautifully chequered stone floor doubling as a ready-made dance floor. This open, flexible space with its central beam allows us to install professional-grade lighting, staging and AV equipment with minimal disruption and maximum impact.

We regularly install Sunstrip battens and Portman P1s, bringing both vintage warmth and dynamic energy to the Kilvert Bar. These fixtures work harmoniously with our rigged mirror balls and moving heads, suspended elegantly from the central beam. This combination creates everything from soft romantic ambiences to full-throttle party atmospheres as the evening progresses.
Using Avolites and an experienced lighting technician, we tailor every cue and colour wash to reflect the mood — whether that’s a tender first dance, an electrifying entrance, or a euphoric final set.

The Kilvert Bar's layout allows us to build either one-level or tiered stages, depending on the entertainment lineup. We often flank our stages with abundant floral arrangements in collaboration with your florist, tying the production seamlessly into the overall wedding decor. Our stage fronts are bespoke and custom-made - mirrored matches the bar, or our painted gold complements the gold fixtures and fittings throughout the space. We’re also careful in our choice of stage colours - together we’ll explore swatches to make sure we’re integrating into your day. It’s your wedding, don’t settle for ‘black or white’!
