To take two blank-slate function rooms at the Silverstone Wing and completely transform them with set builds, staging, lighting and full AV production.

The result: a show-stopping branded event that featured not one, but two distinct worlds—a rustic Woodland Lodge and a high-energy Ibiza Winter Wonderland. Guests moved between the spaces throughout the evening, with interactive performances, creative installations, and immersive lighting giving each room its own identity.

A Blank Canvas at Silverstone Wing

The first space welcomed guests into a cosy alpine lodge atmosphere, with earthy textures, warm lighting, and rustic charm.

Our production included:

• Full scenic set-build including wooden panelling, faux foliage and a central fireplace installation

• Warm uplighting to complement natural decor tones

• Festoon lighting and vintage Edison bulb installations

• A central catwalk stage built for interactive performances and walk-through moments

• A 10m LED wall with animated snowfall and club visuals

• Full stage and dancefloor lighting rig with moving heads, strobes and LED strips

• A bespoke catwalk runway for dancers and performers

• Truss structures dressed in white to blend with the winter theme

• Snow machine effects to add energy at peak dance moments
